We operate Namaste Day Spa in the sunny Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada.
Where do you ship from?
Our Spa is based in Kelowna, BC. We currently only ship to customers in Canada.
How long before you ship my order?
- Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
- Shipping can take 1-10 business days depending on location.
- If a product you want is backordered, we have to have it shipped up from Vancouver. This rarely takes more than 2 days, but we like to overestimate time so as to not disappoint. As soon as we receive your product, it gets shipped out.
- If we can’t fulfill your order you will be notified within 24 hours.
What is your Return Policy?
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. Sales Tax and Currency:
